Brian V. Lucianna, Esquire is a magna cum laude graduate of Columbia University and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Brian V. Lucianna, Esquire is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals of the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.


Brian V. Lucianna, Esquire is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Camden County and Burlington County Bar Associations, and the American Trial Lawyers Association of New Jersey. In addition, Brian V. Lucianna, Esq. is on the approved list of Superior Court personal injury arbitrators in Camden and Burlington counties.


Brian V. Lucianna, Esquire since 1985 has sat as a Judge for the annual Vincent J. Appreze High School Moot Court Competition, a prestigious national competition which allows high school students to present a fictitious case for both the prosecution / plaintiff and defense and to act as trial attorneys, witnesses and jurors before experienced jurists.
